Final Destination: 7 destinations: Basra, Karbala, Baghdad (Al-Salheyah area, Al-Jazeerah area), Amara, Al-Naseriyah, Muthana and Sulimaniyah

Short Description:

This shipment is a support supply from the European Union to the M.O.C.H. to be delivered to several Iraqi Governorates.

The Shipment has arrived to UMQ Port on 19^th. of  Mar. 018

Our scope of work was in two stages:

A.At Umm Qaser Port, handling, shifting, de-stuffing and clearance.

B.Cargo delivery to several destinations. Basra, Karbala, Baghdad (Al-Salheyah area, Al-Jazeerah area), Amara, Al-Naseriyah, Muthana and Sulimaniyah.

During Customs Clearance at UMQ Port this shipment required special approval from several parties like:

• Ministry of Communications
• Iraqi Media Department.
• Iraqi intelligence departments .  

On the other hand, we arranged the needed permissions for the Committee of Supervision as nominated by the European Union, to inter UMQ. Port, where our Basra Manager Capt. Ayad accompanied them to survey & inspect the shipment at the spot, and the result was excellent.

After the completion of the customs clearance formalities, and solving the Tax exemption letter issue, our trucks were ready to load the complete shipment of 21 packages on 3 truck trailers, to be delivered to 7 locations.

Our Trucks were escorted by Armed Patrols for safety purposes and all packages were delivered to the 7 destinations safe and sound damage free.
