Short Description:
Job Summary:
This shipment arrived to Aqaba Port in two Lots, by RO/RO Vessels, self-propelled Vehicles. Our working team was available and ready at Aqaba Port in conjunction with the Vessel Arrival for the two lots, to be aware about the Vehicles Condition after De-lashing and before Rolling Out from M/V to the Yard; thus our Working Team had the opportunity to inspect all Vehicles on spot and watched the Discharging Process from Vessels to the storage yard at Aqaba Port, for both shipments Separately; we can say that the general process for the two Vessels in Feb. and Mar.2018 was almost the same.
As a quick action we instructed our Clearance Broker to start with the 2nd. Step i.e. the customs formalities and that was completed within couple of days. On a Parallel level, we arranged all needed Long Trailers “Vehicle Carrier” and started loading three units on each trailer. All truck trailers departed Aqaba Port Heading towards Z.F.Z. and delivered the Vehicles to our Storage Yard, in two stages the 1st. Lot (40 Trucks) & the 2nd. Lot (21 Trucks).
As per rules and regulations for the Granted Vehicles, the process has to undergo special formalities and multiple correspondence between all related parties through the Governmental channels, eventually trucks were stored at Z.F.Z. for almost one month per each lot separately to complete the requirements and to obtain the Traffic Registration as well as the Plate Numbers to enable departing to the Final Location; upon the completion of each lot we have arranged the Needed truck trailers and delivered them
As usual, and through our long experience in this regard; our working team, applied the proper lashing and the required chains, trust the whole process was controlled with full safety and security.
Trucks movements were escorted by our equipped patrols - front & rear- to maintain safe arrival to the final destinations; the whole operation for each lot was completed with full care and intact to the best satisfaction of our Client.
